Business Development Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Propecting –  Develops and refines prospect lists to cultivate leads through cold calls, cld emails using his/her existing network, LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Follow ups –    Execute outbound phone campaigns and client referrals with timely follow ups via targeted emails or other resourceful means (such as use of social media, digital networking etc.).
  • New Customer Acquisition – Target and develop opportunities with key decision makers (typically Marketing Director) and cultivate opportunities
  • Sales Quota and Pipeline Management – Assume responsibility for delivering an annual sales quota, also utilize HubSpot  to record, track and report sales opportunities
  • Sales Expertise and Industry Insight – Maintain a current knowledge of industry trends, opportunities, channels, products, and competitors to support the identification of business development opportunities. Leverage internal resources to enhance your efforts
  • The ultimate goal for the Business Development Manager is to deliver 20-25 Qualified Prospects (QP’s) per quarter with a conversion rate of 50% of those prospects to receive RFP

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years of new business sales experience espicially in digital marketing industry
  • Proven sales track record with B2B and long sales cycle
  • Excellent communication skills and can-do attitude
